1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which may be updated from time to time by Lovns Sdn. Bhd. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lovns.

2. Definitions

“You”, “your”, and “user” refer to any individual using the Lovns app or website. “Lovns”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Lovns Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to your access and use of all Lovns websites, mobile applications, and digital services (collectively, the “Services”). They do not override any separate agreements you may have with Lovns for products or services.

4. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Lovns does not guarantee that all content on the Services is complete or current. Users should verify information independently before relying on it.

5. Warranties Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lovns makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

7. Software & Application Usage

By using our website, app or software, you agree not to engage in activities such as hacking, distributing viruses, reverse-engineering, reselling, or using the application on rooted/jailbroken devices. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without Lovns’ written permission.

8. Licence

Lovns grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Lovns and its licensors.

9. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, graphics, and content associated with Lovns remain the property of the company. You are not granted any ownership rights through your use of the Services.

10. Termination

Lovns reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you will cease immediately.

11. Compliance & AMLA

To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA), Lovns may request identity verification data and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Any cancellations or voided transactions will be refunded as credits to the member’s wallet.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovns, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

14. Notices

Notices from Lovns may be sent through our app, website, email, or social media channels. Notices will be considered received immediately upon publication or within 48 hours of delivery by mail or email.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
